Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
- reputed company, screen, and evaluate reputed company candidates through various reputed company channels
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, preferably supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical, or reputed company positions
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, reputed company, and other reputed company tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a strong team player
