[Remote] Health IT Operations Analyst (Overnight)

The role involves monitoring and supporting critical network and system operations to ensure reliable performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Network tools and infrastructure (e.g., reputed company, Zenoss, reputed company, and monitoring and control applications)
- Add/remove/update Customer site equipment as needed, including ISP updates, firewall policy changes, network changes/additions
- Troubleshoot user and customer network outages, phone issues, and reputed company Health device issues
- Conduct initial (Level 1) troubleshooting of reputed company Health Datacenter or application issues before escalation to the Systems, Network, Data, or Development Engineering teams
- Manage incident response and system operations by monitoring issues, responding to alerts, documenting incidents, and escalating to major incident processes reputed company needed
- Support system performance and implementation by maintaining configurations, executing routine maintenance, leveraging run books and process documentation, and partnering with vendors and internal teams
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a NOC, operations center, data center, or desktop support environment
- 2+ years of experience with reputed company network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)
- 1+ year of experience using network or system monitoring tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Experience troubleshooting network or system issues in a production environment
- Experience configuring or supporting network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)
- Proficiency with reputed company operating systems and reputed company Office tools
- Associate degree in computer science, Information technologies or a reputed company field
- Experience with monitoring tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or experience working in an ITIL environment
- Understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP)
