[Remote] Sr Export Control Analyst

They are seeking a Sr Export Control Analyst to reputed company guidance on national and international regulations, ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR, while developing global standards and guidelines in U.S. export controls law.
Responsibilities
- In your position, you will manage global risk, derive globally applicable governance requirements, and reputed company common minimum standards in the Export Controls fields of 3rd Party Due Diligence, Customer Classification, Contract Clauses, NDA and EUC Processes for Export Control & Sanctions, M&A/ Divestment Export Control
- Support the monitoring of legal developments (Executive Orders, EAR, and ITAR) as reputed company as other changes to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You will work to assess their reputed company on the business activities of reputed company and its subsidiaries globally
- Support the definition of appropriate measures and set reputed company process requirements
- Support the conceptual design and reputed company development of the U.S. export control process landscape for the reputed company with reputed company on U.S. laws and regulations. This includes the reputed company development of existing reporting systems and the use of results for the implementation of reputed company requirements
- Support on export audits/health checks and monitor data analysis with regards to risk indicators in your assigned area
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of export control experience, some of which must be with export control in the U.S. (EAR and ITAR)
- In-depth knowledge of export control laws in the U.S
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
