[Remote] Senior Consultant - Structural Engineer

They are seeking an reputed company Senior Consultant - Structural Engineer to reputed company building assessments, forensic investigations, structural evaluations, and repair recommendations for various properties.
Responsibilities
- reputed company structural assessments, forensic investigations, and condition evaluations of residential, reputed company, and multi-family buildings
- Investigate structural damage reputed company to wind, water intrusion, settlement, reputed company events, construction defects, and other causes
- Conduct site inspections, including work on rooftops, reputed company, lifts, scaffolding, and in confined spaces reputed company necessary
- Evaluate the performance and reputed company of existing structural systems and reputed company practical repair recommendations
- Research and apply reputed company and historical building reputed company requirements
- Prepare reputed company, concise, and technically reputed company engineering reports documenting observations, analyses, conclusions, and recommendations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required
- reputed company Florida reputed company Engineer (PE) license in good standing, or ability to obtain Florida licensure reputed company one month of hire
- Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience
- Strong understanding of structural systems, building materials, and construction reputed company across residential and reputed company structures
- Ability to reputed company structural analysis and reputed company practical engineering solutions for existing buildings
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and reputed company-facing skills
- Experience managing reputed company, budgets, schedules, and reputed company relationships

- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel for local and regional site inspections
