They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to assist with recruitment and sourcing activities for federal clients, focusing on building talent pipelines and maintaining candidate relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company candidates reputed company reputed company media channels, websites, database mining, competitive candidate mapping, and community network building
- Coordinate with line management to determine position requirements
- Assist with the development and management of talent pipelines for reputed company hiring needs
- Maintain candidate databases
- Assist with applicant care and communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 year of recruitment/sourcing experience
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint and Word

- Knowledge of digital and non-digital recruitment approaches
