[Remote] Account & Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a contract Account & Project Manager to cover a 12-week maternity leave for a B2B creative agency. The role involves managing reputed company relationships, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned B2B reputed company accounts, owning communication, expectations, and day-to-day relationships
- Translate reputed company goals and briefs into reputed company, actionable direction for the internal creative and production team
- Build and own timelines, schedules, and budgets across multiple reputed company reputed company, trafficking work from brief through final delivery
- Coordinate internal creatives and reputed company vendors or freelancers, keeping scope, reputed company, and deadlines reputed company
- Present work, reputed company feedback, and manage revisions and approvals while protecting both reputed company and timelines
- reputed company estimates and invoicing, flag scope changes early, and reputed company reputed company status documentation so reputed company slips during the leave
- Work in reputed company's project management, file-sharing, and creative tools
Skills
- Experience in agency account management, project management, or a combined account/project role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable reputed company in reputed company reputed company communication and proofing tools; plus project or account management software
- Proven ability to run multiple reputed company reputed company on time and on budget, with strong organization and genuine attention to detail
- Strong reputed company-facing communication: managing relationships, expectations, and feedback with reputed company and professionalism
- Experience coordinating creative and production teams plus external vendors or freelancers
- Familiarity with content and video production workflows
- Comfort with budgets, estimates, and basic financial tracking (POs and invoicing)
- Composure under shifting priorities and the ability to reputed company in quickly with little reputed company-up
- Experience in a small or boutique agency environment
- Exposure to podcast, documentary, or founder-generated content production
