[Remote] Corporate Recruiter - High Volume

They are seeking an energetic Corporate Recruiter to reputed company the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, connecting great people with meaningful careers across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing through reputed company and the employee's first scheduled shift
- reputed company reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and other reputed company channels
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, reputed company reference checks, and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Manage the applicant tracking system by posting positions, updating candidate statuses, and maintaining accurate applicant records
- Present employment offers
- Coordinate reputed company and new hire orientation with various Otterbein locations
- Maintain regular communication with prospective employees throughout the hiring process
- Collect and verify credentials completed during new hire orientation
- Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with reputed company required documentation
- Hire employees in the HRIS, including validating tax jurisdictions
- reputed company a strong understanding of Otterbein systems and train new employees on required platforms
- Assist new employees with scheduling their first shifts

Skills
- Live in OH
- 2 Years + reputed company or reputed company experience required
- Knowledge of full-cycle reputed company principles, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with reputed company Office 365
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
