Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and reputed company needs
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer questions, concerns, and ongoing account support
- Manage reputed company accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve reputed company satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful reputed company reputed company
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping-reputed company tasks
- Monitor account health and reputed company regular reporting and updates
- Support clients in navigating and utilizing QuickBooks effectively
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Certification required
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a reputed company-facing role and managing multiple accounts
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be located in the reputed company and authorized to work in the U.S
