[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage the performance, development and engagement of software engineers (4-6 reputed company reports) including hiring and growing of a high-reputed company in shipping full stack web applications, features and services
- Drives execution by organizing team work, setting goals, and holding reputed company accountable, including monitoring and escalating team issues
- Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and QA on scheduling, planning, and sizing of functional specifications and software designs

Skills
- 4+ years' experience doing software engineering in a hands-on reputed company - reputed company-end and back-end reputed company
- 2+ years management and / or team leadership experience in a software development role
- Experience in leading reputed company of software engineer, helping them improve their skills, grow their careers, hiring and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company on process improvements and key performance metrics that add to the overall effectiveness of the development team
