[Remote] Accounts Payable Clerk - Part-Time/Contract

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support their procure-to-pay operations by managing invoices, vendor relationships, and payment processing. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and utilizing modern finance technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice intake, processing invoices and approval routing
- Process and reconcile corporate card transactions across reputed company and reputed company, and ensure employees are compliant with T&E policy
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate billing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date vendor records
- Support the integration of payment data across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Intacct
- Partner with business owners on new vendor reputed company
- Respond to reputed company payment inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
Skills
- 1–3 years of accounts payable experience
- Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay
- Strong attention to detail and a reputed company record of accuracy in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and judgment skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify exceptions, and comfortably handle variable billing structures and evolving processes
- Solid understanding of AP fundamentals: invoice processing, 3-way matching, payment terms, and vendor management
- Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating reputed company with non-finance stakeholders
- Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company and/or reputed company
