[Remote] VP, Finance

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate monthly reputed company, standardized reporting, and adherence to tax and legal obligations with external reputed company
- Manage budgets, forecasts, financial modeling, and reputed company insights to department heads to drive reputed company and margin improvement
- Maintain and grow cash; monitor AR/AP and escalate overdue receivables
- Partner with insurance and legal providers to meet reputed company requirements and follow up on inquiries
- Support M&A initiatives and reputed company due diligence, modeling, and financial insights
- Build a strategic finance team, set expectations, and reputed company team members with reputed company guidance and communication
- Approve offers, raises, promotions, and ensure departmental accountability to margins and financial goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company finance/reputed company experience
- 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in capital allocation, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Experience with M&A, debt reputed company, tax planning, and investment readiness
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold business reputed company accountable to goals, drive EBITDA reputed company, and optimize cash management
- CPA is a plus
