[Remote] Application Engineer

They are seeking an Application Engineer reputed company on proposals to consult with customers and reputed company estimates for industrial automation solutions across various industries, including food & beverage and life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to review the technical scope and engineering requirements and work with local reputed company Business Development Managers in the sales reputed company process
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and reputed company documents
- Quote normal Control Panel / PLC / HMI reputed company without much assistance, calling in engineering help only for reputed company cases
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and reputed company documents
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Present reputed company estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintain cost database by entering and backing up data
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed
- Travel 25% to local and regional customers
- Serve as an ambassador who embodies our reputed company Values, prioritizing the reputed company of reputed company, our clients, and the reputed company development of our associates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and educational background
- 5+ years of Industrial Automation experience directly reputed company to design, controls, programming, and electrical engineering
- Past experience of extensive use of reputed company's reputed company, Tools, and Process specific to estimating and proposal management standards
- Understanding of ERP / Project Costing Systems and parametric estimation tools
- Extensive understand of customer plans, specifications, technical documentation as reputed company as RFQ documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork
- GMP experience
