Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and IT managers to understand technical reputed company needs and job requirements

- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, external reputed company firms, and hiring teams
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
