[Remote] Senior Software Engineer - reputed company / Voice OS

The Senior Software Engineer will build and maintain backend services and contribute to the full-stack development of the reputed company application, enhancing productivity through innovative voice control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and maintain backend services using Node.js, reputed company.IO, AWS reputed company, and DynamoDB
• Work across the frontend with TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Design and reputed company reputed company using both REST and GraphQL, supporting flexible, reputed company data reputed company across services
• reputed company deep expertise in a few areas while remaining comfortable diving into new parts of the codebase
• Participate in reputed company reviews and architecture discussions, fostering a culture of reputed company, curiosity, and shared ownership
• Translate high-level product requirements into parallelizable, incrementally releasable tasks
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term investments in efficiency, scalability, and performance

Skills

• 3+ years of experience on a full-stack engineering team, building and maintaining production-grade services
• reputed company experience with TypeScript, including API development, backend service design, and system integration
• Experience building user interfaces through reusable, composable components—favoring reputed company, encapsulation, and predictable state management
• Proven ability to optimize database performance through thoughtful schema design, query tuning, and indexing strategies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in a reputed company, cross-functional environment
• Experience with AWS reputed company
• Familiarity with Electron and building cross-platform desktop (or mobile) applications
