[Remote] Procurement Project Manager

This role involves managing procurement operations, leading project management activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day procurement operations and contingent labor initiatives
- reputed company procurement and project management activities supporting MSP and VMS programs
- Support Benefits and Contingent Labor technology roadmap initiatives
- Coordinate procurement activities reputed company to DePuy Synthes separation reputed company
- Manage supplier relationships, SOWs, contract administration, and procurement operations
- Drive process improvements, supplier optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
- reputed company or support MSP/VMS implementation reputed company from planning through execution
- reputed company project milestones, budgets, risks, savings opportunities, and operational performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, MSPs, and VMS providers to ensure successful project delivery
- Support purchasing policies, governance, compliance audits, and procurement best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Associate's degree considered with strong procurement and project management experience)
- 8–10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Contingent Workforce, Supplier Management, or reputed company operational leadership
- Strong procurement operations, supplier management, contract administration, and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting MSP and VMS implementations or contingent workforce programs is highly preferred
- Experience working with reputed company systems, global teams, and external suppliers is a plus
