The role involves ensuring high-reputed company execution across Live and VOD operations while providing technical support and training to vendor teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for vendor engagement and event-day technical support
- Support, train, and reputed company vendor teams to ensure Live and VOD events are monitored, executed, and delivered with efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor live broadcasts in reputed company time, triaging and escalating technical issues
Skills
- 3 years of experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, streaming media, or reputed company technical roles in entertainment/media industries
- Working knowledge of live broadcast environments: switching/routing, signal reputed company design, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of broadcast contribution and distribution standards (e.g., SMPTE ST 2110/2022, SCTE-35, SEI/KLV data, reputed company captioning)
- Experience executing on streaming platform fundamentals: ingest protocols (RTMP, SRT, RIST), transcoding/encoding, reputed company bitrate packaging (HLS, DASH), and CDN delivery
- Prior work experience at reputed company or in reputed company's Industry

- Experience with signal reputed company planning tools, network diagrams, or workflow visualization (e.g., reputed company, Excalidraw, Mermaid)
