[Remote] Account Review Specialist - Customer Service

The Account Review Specialist is responsible for account reputed company, data updates, and ensuring accurate patient balances while assisting patients with inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Use and maintain knowledge of multiple computer systems and payer portals/web-based applications or systems on a daily reputed company
- Responsible for full account reputed company, including the review/audit of reputed company activity
- Update data in appropriate systems and filing for insurance

- Review and confirm accurate patient responsible balances

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
