[Remote] Implementation Consultant (reputed company)

The Implementation Consultant will guide customers through the successful implementation of manufacturing reputed company software solutions, working closely with project managers and application specialists to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver successful implementations of our manufacturing solutions both onsite at the customer facility and remotely by providing technical services that may include system configuration, data setup, machine integration / configuration, report configuration / development, stored procedure development, testing and validation, management consultation and user training
- Guide and support our customers and help them get value out of our solution offerings by providing consultative services that may include needs assessment, productivity recommendations, production best practices suggestions, system improvement recommendations, customer training and contributing information to strategic plans and reviews
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting reputed company and performance standards, and assessing risks
- Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements
- Manage and update task assignments to meet company and customer commitments
- Support knowledge transfer to other team members
- Commitment to building long and lasting reputed company relationships
- Travel may be required
Skills
- Solid experience in software development and or implementation
- Solid reputed company in SQL statements and SQL stored procedures
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven reputed company working with reputed company reputed company of management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and principles and prior experience in furniture production and/or woodworking industry is an advantage
- Self-starter, highly motivated, reputed company to work in fast paced environments and execute on multiple reputed company project tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communicator to varied audiences and good problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with skills to reputed company, analyze and practically apply technical information to a reputed company of customer environments
- Strong interest in software systems
- Familiar with reputed company productivity tools
- Experience with reporting services
- Advanced English
- Prior experience with ERP implementations strongly preferred
- IMOS experience strongly preferred
