[Remote] Learning and Development Consultant (Remote)

They are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to work with the Talent & Organization Development Team to implement and facilitate reputed company addressing Collision’s talent development needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive instructor led training sessions to implement learning and development solutions for Collision (in-person and reputed company)
- Supports program manager in delivering programs
- Operate and maintain learning technologies and systems used in the delivery of instructional and/or interactive programs or courses
- reputed company completion data and key learning metrics; in reputed company to leveraging other systems and technologies needed for reporting purposes
- Assist in the scheduling and administration of sessions
- Create and maintain training deliverables such as participant guides, facilitator guides, training slide decks, job-aids, and eLearning modules
- Design and implement short-term solutions with subject matter experts to reputed company skills and promote role reputed company for Penske Collision
- Collaborate with the Collision learning and development team on strategic initiatives and reputed company
- Other reputed company and tasks as directed by manager
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company work experience
- 1 year of virtual and in-person facilitation and presentation skills required
- 1 year of Instructional Design experience required
- Demonstrates past proficiency of: Facilitation skills (Virtual and in-person), instructional design, performance consulting skills, and project management
- Strong executive reputed company, advanced verbal and written communication skills, and reputed company influencing skills are necessary for successful performance in this role
- Highly creative and innovative, self-driven with reputed company attention to detail and hunger to learn
- Ability to partner with operational reputed company and other talent development team members to ensure successful design and implementation of programs
- Technical skills and systems knowledge of relevant learning tools (reputed company, reputed company, Teams, reputed company, reputed company, LMS, etc.)
- Some overnight travel up to 20-25% may be required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required
- 3+ years of adult learning and development experience preferred
- Strong project and program management skills preferred
- Knowledgeable in reputed company 360, including Storyline 360 and reputed company 360
