They are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to analyze business performance, operational efficiency, and workforce utilization to support strategic decision-making. This role requires collaboration with senior leaders and involves developing analytical tools and insights to enhance operational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO, COO, and other senior leaders to reputed company data-driven insights and recommendations
- Analyze operational and financial performance across the organization
- reputed company dashboards, reports, forecasts, and scenario models that support executive decision-making
- Evaluate business line performance, operational efficiency, profitability, and cost-to-serve metrics
- Support workforce planning through reputed company, utilization, productivity, reputed company, and timesheet analyses
- Assess operational metrics such as time-per-member, time-per-install, and other measures that inform resource planning and efficiency
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and scalability
- Partner closely with the Data & Analytics team to enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational insights

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics, Business, Operations Management, or a reputed company field
- Experience in financial analysis, operational analytics, business analytics, workforce planning, or a reputed company discipline
- Strong forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills
- Advanced reputed company proficiency and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field

- SQL experience
