[Remote] Mid-Market Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to reputed company across SMB to midmarket accounts
- Engaging with HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner
- Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline reputed company and account expansion
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual reputed company targets through disciplined pipeline management
Skills
- 2 - 5 years of reputed company sales experience, with at least 2 years reputed company on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions
- Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers
- Manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 3–6+ months
- Communicate with reputed company and confidence in executive-level presentations
- Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Show equivalent practical experience in software or HR technology sales
