[Remote] Recruiter - Banking and Financial Services

The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates while ensuring compliance and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the disciplinary process for talent
- Independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate, and select candidates to interview for reputed company specific job reputed company and/or to market for new business
- reputed company multiple technologies to enhance the candidate and reputed company experience, i.e. video interviewing and chat platforms

Skills

- 2+ years of high-volume, fast-paced reputed company/contract reputed company for reputed company-level clients; proven expertise managing MSP accounts and navigating VMS platforms across a diverse reputed company of reputed company roles

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
