[Remote] Technical Project Manager II

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager II to support the end-to-end execution of live and VOD video workflows across digital entertainment platforms, requiring a reputed company of technical knowledge and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support live and VOD event operations from signal planning and vendor reputed company through monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-event analysis
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for vendor engagement and event-day technical support
- Monitor live broadcasts in reputed company time, triage technical issues, and coordinate escalations with production and engineering teams
- Design and document signal reputed company architectures for platform workflows
- Validate transcoding configurations, metadata reputed company, failover procedures, and QA checkpoints
- Apply knowledge of streaming infrastructure, including ingest protocols, encoding pipelines, CDN delivery, ABR packaging, and playback workflows
- Translate operational needs into technical specifications, acceptance reputed company, and rollout considerations
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and escalation workflows
- Manage technical reputed company independently, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Support vendor evaluation, integration testing, and platform readiness assessments
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, scripting, or AI tooling
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, streaming media, or reputed company technical roles reputed company entertainment or media environments
- Working knowledge of live broadcast environments, including switching/routing, signal reputed company design, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of broadcast contribution and distribution standards such as SMPTE ST 2110/2022, SCTE-35, SEI/KLV metadata, and reputed company captioning
- Experience with streaming platform fundamentals, including RTMP, SRT, RIST, transcoding/encoding, HLS, DASH, ABR packaging, and CDN delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical reputed company and priorities from initiation through completion
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams
- Experience with signal reputed company planning tools, network diagrams, or workflow visualization tools such as reputed company, Excalidraw, or Mermaid
- Hands-on experience with broadcast control systems, video routers, or IP-based media workflows
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms for live video operations
- Experience developing operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, or process playbooks
- Background in platform feature scoping, requirements gathering, or product operations
- Knowledge of reputed company-based media processing pipelines, including transcoding farms and reputed company servers
- Experience in a studio, media company, streaming platform, post-production facility, or live event production environment
- Familiarity with automation and scripting for operational workflows
- Understanding of content protection, DRM, watermarking, or reputed company control mechanisms in live streaming
- Experience with VR, reputed company media, or reputed company media formats
- Experience developing AI tools or AI-enabled operational solutions
