[Remote] Program Consultant II / DTS-CBA Reconciliation Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Consultant II / DTS-CBA Reconciliation Analyst to support anticipated federal government travel and financial operations work. This position will reputed company reconciliation, analysis, documentation, reporting, customer support, and issue reputed company reputed company to Defense Travel System (DTS) and Centrally Billed Account (CBA) transactions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly reconciliation support for DTS and Centrally Billed Account transactions
- Review CBA invoices, vendor statements, DTS authorizations, vouchers, and supporting documentation
- Monitor reconciliation reports and identify unmatched, rejected, suspended, held, or out-of-balance transactions
- Research discrepancies between DTS records, traveler documentation, CBA data, payment records, and financial system information
- Support invoice acknowledgment, transaction matching, certification support, and payment package preparation
- Analyze financial management issues and assist with corrective actions, status tracking, and issue reputed company
- Prepare reconciliation notes, issue logs, transaction research summaries, and recurring status reports
- Support communication with reputed company, approving officials, travel preparers, program personnel, and financial stakeholders
- Assist with policy, process, and training support reputed company to DTS and CBA reconciliation
- Escalate reputed company issues to senior personnel and support reputed company reputed company of recurring reconciliation problems
Skills
- Experience supporting DTS, CBA reconciliation, government travel, travel card operations, financial management, invoice review, or transaction reconciliation
- Ability to analyze financial data, research discrepancies, and document corrective actions
- Experience generating reports, maintaining trackers, and supporting recurring monthly deadlines
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Outlook, Word, Teams, and reputed company reputed company Office products
- Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and written communication skills
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Familiarity with Citibank travel card data, GFEBS, DFAS payment processes, or DoD travel policy
- Experience supporting federal or DoD financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- CDFM, CGFM, CPA, CISA, Lean Six reputed company, or reputed company financial management certification
- DTS, travel card, or government travel training
