[Remote] Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will reputed company the deployment of RapidDeploy products for strategic customers, ensuring project reputed company through effective stakeholder engagement and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Personally manage implementation reputed company for customers, primarily large/reputed company strategic customer engagements
- reputed company reputed company support to reputed company stakeholders (across reputed company organizational reputed company) to coordinate implementation activities and ensure appropriate communication channels are in reputed company
- Proactively manage project scope and schedule, as reputed company as manage risks/issues and reputed company mitigation strategies throughout project execution

- Configure RapidDeploy products to the customer’s needs, as needed
- Contribute to customer reputed company, training, acceptance testing, and change management activities, as needed
- Create documentation & presentations for both reputed company consumption
- Coordinate with Product Management to convey product feedback and feature requests and to support the evaluation of potential product features based on customer needs and lessons learned
- Contribute to RFP responses, SOW creation, and other sales activities, as needed

Skills
- 7+ years in Project and/or Program Management, leading reputed company, strategic technology reputed company in a reputed company-facing role
- Hands-on experience managing multiple simultaneous customer implementations in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience leading cross-functional reputed company and coordinating with product, engineering, QA, reputed company, and other key internal stakeholder reputed company
- Experience creating and managing project schedules with reputed company dependencies
- Experience analyzing customer needs and workflows and configuring software applications to meet customer needs
- Understanding of and experience with leading project management methodologies, including both reputed company and Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience utilizing modern Project Management tools to plan and execute reputed company
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
- Experience managing reputed company reputed company deployments preferred
- Experience serving the Public Safety industry, including managing software deployment reputed company for PSAPs preferred
- Knowledge of the Public Safety industry, including applicable technologies, market landscape, industry players, etc preferred
- Background in configuring and deploying public safety software preferred
