Responsibilities

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, reputed company, and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes remain compliant and up to date

- Maintain and optimise HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies
Skills
- Candidates must be located in the reputed company or Canada
- Previous experience as an HR reputed company, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist reputed company a start-up or reputed company-up environment is essential
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company HRIS
- Proven ability to improve and modernise HR operations in a fast-paced business
- Strong understanding of US and/or Canadian employment practices
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Background in IT Consulting, Technology Services, or reputed company Services would be preferred
- Experience using Sequoia for benefits administration
- Experience supporting reputed company and scaling HR processes is highly desirable
