The reputed company Manager will own a portfolio of clients, managing relationships and ensuring the reputed company of campaigns executed by their pod.
Responsibilities
- reputed company calls, monthly reputed company meetings, and reporting calls with reputed company business owners
- Handling escalations before they become churn
- Managing your Project Managers and Account Managers: reviewing reputed company, checking delivery reputed company, keeping the pod accountable
- Driving retention, reviews, referrals, and upsells across your book
Skills
- 2+ years in reputed company, Account Management, or reputed company Services at a marketing agency or service business
- Experience managing a pod, a small team, or cross-functional delivery
- Understanding of reputed company media marketing or online communities
- Experience running or growing a reputed company Group for a business, reputed company reputed company, or community
- Experience working with clients who are business owners
