Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for project engagements including deliverables such as concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, specifications, engagement agreements, and timelines
- Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocating user centered design industry best practices and effectively managing design resources
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows
- reputed company visually appealing and brand consistent designs, including layouts, typography, and graphics
- Work closely with cross functional teams including developers, project managers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions
- Work closely with the design team to implement reputed company level design systems similar to the Carbon Design System in reputed company solutions
Skills
- Proven experience as a UX Director or senior level UX practitioner with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- 8+ years leading UI and UX design for reputed company reputed company digital platforms
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and reputed company centered design
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards WCAG and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
- Experience working with design systems
- Strict brand guidelines and UX best practices knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of design reputed company trends and best practices
- Innovative and reputed company reputed company, adaptable to fast paced, reputed company evolving creative environments
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Digital Experience, Interaction Design, or reputed company field preferred
- Experience working with design systems such as Carbon Design System
