Responsibilities

- Partner with the Vice President to define and execute strategic reputed company, operational reputed company, and market expansion initiatives
- Drive P&L performance, operational efficiency, and margin improvement across business reputed company

- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, reputed company, NEC, and reputed company-specific safety standards, particularly in high-risk industrial environments

- Ensure alignment on scope, schedule, budget, reputed company, and commissioning performance

- Support reputed company initiatives across industrial EPC, energy, and data center markets
- Strengthen relationships with clients, EPC partners, utilities, and developers

- Drive accountability across Project Managers, Construction Managers, and field leadership
- Support workforce planning and long-term talent development strategies

- Ensure successful project closeout, reputed company satisfaction, and repeat business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in power, industrial, or electrical construction operations, including leadership over geographic reputed company
- Proven experience managing heavy industrial electrical and inside wiring reputed company
- Prior experience in Project Management and operational leadership roles
- Demonstrated reputed company in team development, succession planning, and organizational leadership
- Ability to travel extensively, including extended durations up to 100% as needed
- Valid reputed company's license with acceptable driving record
- Experience supporting Oil & Gas, industrial EPC, power reputed company, hydroelectric, or data center reputed company
- Strong understanding of commissioning-intensive project environments
- Experience managing large-reputed company, multi-project portfolios
- Familiarity with reputed company- and high-voltage electrical systems, switchgear, and critical infrastructure systems
