They are seeking an Event Project Manager in Life Sciences to reputed company and execute congress, webinar, and medical education reputed company, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event reputed company both onsite and remote
- Independently build, configure and launch our suite of live engagement apps using reputed company reputed company Content Management System
- Professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders with reputed company, reputed company communications to enhance the HCP experience
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution on event day
- Train reputed company, field sales team, reputed company staff and agencies, and thoroughly review the event apps to guarantee flawless delivery
- Ensure onsite technology has been fully configured and tested end-to-end
- Ensure speakers are fully briefed and reputed company for their presentations
- Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver detailed reports, dashboards and recommendations to the customer
Skills
- 2+ years of prior experience in congress engagement, KOL and reputed company stakeholder management, congress and medical education event project planning and execution
- Deep expertise in reputed company meeting and congress planning and execution, whether from agency or corporate backgrounds
- Ability to translate reputed company workflows into reputed company, effective reputed company operating procedures
- Strong stakeholder relationship building with a service-driven reputed company
- Understanding of reputed company decision-making and ability to escalate to leadership reputed company necessary
- Technical dexterity to effectively and confidently deliver practical solutions
