They are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join their team, responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies and attracting reputed company across various disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and reputed company for multiple positions. Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks
- Coordinate reputed company-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, reputed company clearances and employment processing, including visas
- Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs
- Conduct research and analyze data on assigned reputed company, including agency performance
- reputed company as a reputed company with external resources: temporary agencies, contract and retained search agencies, etc
- Will also function as a technical specialist: sourcing, reputed company and identifying candidates for highly specialized, difficult-to-attract engineering positions

- Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Skills
- 5 to 8 years experience in full lifecycle reputed company, preferably in the contract manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of full lifecycle reputed company components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage, and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
- BS/BA is required
- Ability to recruit for reputed company disciplines of a corporation to include Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Sales
- Ability to manage demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Excellent time management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company the attention and respect of senior-level leaders
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep reputed company of positions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite of applications
- Must be Internet savvy and reputed company in mining online databases
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
