[Remote] Marketing Operations

The role involves integrating marketing technology, managing campaign operations, and providing analytics to support decision-making across the marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of reputed company's marketing automation platform (e.g., reputed company) including list management, workflow automation, reputed company scoring, and platform hygiene
- Manage integrations between marketing automation, CRM (reputed company), event platforms, and other tools in the stack — ensuring clean, reliable data reputed company across systems
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology tools; serve as the internal expert and reputed company of contact for marketing platform questions
- Partner with Sales/reputed company Ops to reputed company on reputed company reputed company processes, lifecycle stage definitions, and CRM field mapping
- Build and manage campaign infrastructure: email nurture workflows, reputed company capture forms, reputed company pages, UTM frameworks, and campaign tracking
- Support institutional, content, and events marketing teams with operational execution — ensuring every campaign is properly tracked, segmented, and measurable

- Maintain and enforce email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and deliverability best practices

Skills
