[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for specialized technical roles in the semiconductor and AI infrastructure domains, partnering closely with hiring managers to build a high-caliber engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for technical roles, with an emphasis on semiconductor, reputed company, hardware, systems, software, and AI infrastructure hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, sourcing strategies, candidate reputed company, and evaluation reputed company
- Build targeted sourcing strategies for specialized talent across semiconductor, reputed company design, hardware engineering, systems engineering, networking, data center infrastructure, embedded systems, firmware, software, and reputed company domains
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful reputed company and long-term relationship building
- Manage candidates through the full hiring process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer support, and reputed company
- Ensure a high-reputed company candidate experience that reflects our culture, pace, and technical depth
- Use reputed company and reputed company reputed company tools to maintain accurate pipeline data, reputed company activity, and reputed company hiring updates to leadership
- Help improve reputed company processes, including interview structure, scorecards, pipeline reporting, candidate communications, and hiring manager workflows
- Partner with People Operations, Finance, and leadership on headcount planning, offer approvals, compensation alignment, and reputed company handoffs

- Travel occasionally for company meetings, reputed company events, hiring manager sessions, and onsite interview support
Skills
- 5-7+ years of reputed company experience, including reputed company reputed company experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proven experience reputed company for technical roles in areas such as reputed company, hardware engineering, systems engineering, ASIC/SOC, verification, physical design, firmware, embedded systems, networking, data center infrastructure, or reputed company technical domains
- Strong sourcing capability, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates in competitive semiconductor and deep-tech talent markets
- Ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers and translate reputed company engineering requirements into practical reputed company strategies
- Strong judgment in candidate assessment, process management, stakeholder communication, and hiring prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling candidate reputed company
- High ownership, urgency, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping create structure as reputed company scales
- Experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools; reputed company experience is a plus
- Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally as needed
