[Remote] Director of Operations and Strategic Transition

This role involves leading transition strategies, managing operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Joint Venture partners to reputed company operational goals and maintain service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations and performance of assigned reputed company including P&L, reputed company and compliance with reputed company terms and conditions along with preparing and analyzing regular performance reports
- Manage reputed company aspects of the customer relationship for assigned reputed company ensuring effective and efficient communication along with addressing and resolving customer complaints
