They are seeking a driven 401(k) TPA Sales Executive to grow new business through advisor and employer relationships, focusing on selling value and managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain referral relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, and payroll providers
- reputed company prospects on plan design strategies, compliance requirements, and fiduciary considerations

- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM

Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience in 401(k) TPAs, recordkeepers, advisory firms, or reputed company retirement services
- Working knowledge of ERISA, nondiscrimination testing, and plan design concepts
- Proven ability to build referral-based business
- Self-starter with strong follow-up, organization, and closing skills
- Comfortable selling to business owners, advisors, and reputed company partners
