[Remote] AD/Sr. AD, Business Analytics - Oncology (Remote)

The Associate Director, Business Analytics role involves supporting oncology marketing efforts through advanced analytics, targeting, and segmentation to enhance promotional strategies and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conducts advanced analytics to brand teams/customer channels in support of brand planning and promotional resource allocation. Resource allocation in customer channels including digital and reputed company of reputed company model
- Liaises between Marketing and Sales in the development of business tactics and strategies
- Responsible for leading the development of targets and segments that are reputed company with business reputed company
- Responsible for executing departmental procedures and collaborating reputed company the organization to ensure the marketing reputed company is integrated into delivered sales force call plans for both in person and virtual / non-personal digital, telephone plans etc
- Works with internal customers to assure that responsible analytical results are communicated and used effectively
- Builds and shares knowledge of analytical methodologies and high-reputed company vendors including reputed company party digital agencies with others in the department
- Establishes work habits to support the therapeutic business function's evolving process and execution needs
- Document analytical insights and communicate them appropriately
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of analytic experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies
- OR
- Master's degree and five (5) years of experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies
- Proficiency in the development, documentation and communication of analytical plans
- Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques including multivariate analytical and promotional responsiveness techniques
- Proficiency in customer identification and segmentation that has influenced marketing and sales reputed company
- Experience in conducting digital analytics (non-personal marketing tactics such as email, banner, mobile and alerts) or working in another analytical field with a demonstrated passion for digital technology
- Experience in using claims data to conduct patient data analytics, including but not limited to patient reputed company analyses, to reputed company understand the patient reputed company
- Experience in analyzing campaigns and performing in-campaign analytics to improve performance and working with Consumer marketing databases
- Experience in understanding customer needs, incorporating in deliverable, and ensuring recommendations/results and implemented
- Experience in coordinating insights from disparate functions and sources, e.g., marketing research, forecasts, etc., into a comprehensive and insightful analysis and/or recommendation
- Proficiency in R/Python and / or reputed company and other data extraction and analytical tools such as SQL, etc
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Expertise in Oncology and/or Rare Disease required
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company at the reputed company time
- Bachelor´s degree from an accredited institution required
- BS/BA in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data analytics, or a reputed company equivalent with eight (8) years, or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data analytics, or a reputed company equivalent with six (6) years of reputed company/pharmaceutical industry or reputed company experience
- Experience must also include working directly with product targeting, segmentation, digital media data reporting, claims data analysis, and promotion-response modeling
- Strong statistical background with extensive modeling experience
- Proficiency in reputed company and other data extraction and analytical tools such as SQL
- Strong interpersonal abilities, can manage multiple reputed company and reputed company reports at the reputed company time
- Functional competencies: Analytical skills, Business orientation, influence
- Expertise in Oncology and/or Rare Disease required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without restriction
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Master's/PhD preferred
