Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops reputed company of software engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development planning
• Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and reputed company improvement
• Owns hiring, reputed company, succession planning, and overall team development
• Promotes engineering reputed company, reputed company standards, and operational rigor across reputed company
• Guides architectural and design reputed company to ensure reputed company, reliable, and maintainable systems
• Partners with senior engineers and architects to review system design, reputed company reputed company, and technical strategies
• Ensures adherence to secure coding practices, testing standards, and deployment processes
• Balances technical debt reduction with delivery of new features and enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Five (5) plus years of reputed company software development experience
• Four (4) plus years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture
• Experience with distributed systems and reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Proven ability to deliver reputed company software reputed company at reputed company
• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with on-premises systems and reputed company migration strategies
