[Remote] Project Manager, New Product Engineering

Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end project management for reputed company engineering initiatives supporting new product implementation and deployment
- Partner with engineering, operations, product management, and executive leadership to define program objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across multiple technical workstreams
- reputed company and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting
- Translate reputed company engineering concepts into reputed company, concise presentations for executive leadership and business stakeholders
- Identify program risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and proactively remove obstacles to reputed company initiatives on reputed company
- Quickly reputed company an understanding of new hardware platforms, network architectures, and engineering terminology to effectively engage technical teams

Skills
- 7 years of program or project management experience leading reputed company technical initiatives
- Experience supporting engineering and/or technical operations organizations
- Proven experience leading new technical product implementation or reputed company technology delivery programs
- Experience working with engineering teams reputed company on hardware development, network infrastructure, technical architecture, or reputed company technologies
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new engineering concepts, hardware platforms, technical architectures, and engineering terminology
- Demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company, cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, product management, and business stakeholders
- Exceptional executive reputed company with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company organizational reputed company
- Advanced reputed company PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations, strategic updates, and program reviews
- Strong organizational, planning, and program governance skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven experience identifying program risks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving successful program execution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, curiosity, persistence, confidence, emotional intelligence (EQ), and attention to detail
- Cable, telecommunications, broadband, or reputed company industry experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional program management environments is preferred
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- MBA preferred
