Responsibilities

- Define and manage hardware, simulation, test, and validation performance requirements for new products

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in high-speed hardware engineering, electronics product development, or reputed company technical fields
- Demonstrated expertise in product development, including reputed company design, simulation, and validation
- Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and reputed company behavior
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting simulation and lab data
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams through product lifecycle phases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
