As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent from around the world. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand the hiring needs and drive the recruitment process from end to end. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of technical roles to ensure the right candidates are selected in a reputed company manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Sourcing & reputed company: reputed company, screen, and recruit technical candidates for a reputed company of roles across different global reputed company, utilizing a wide reputed company of sourcing techniques (job boards, reputed company, referrals, etc.).
• Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed, high-reputed company candidate interviews to assess technical expertise, soft skills, and cultural fit, ensuring candidates meet both reputed company-specific and job-specific requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs, team dynamics, and business goals, offering strategic advice and recommendations throughout the recruitment process.
• Global Market Insights: Utilize a deep understanding of international recruitment trends, compliance issues, and cultural differences to reputed company candidates reputed company and effectively from different markets.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement to offer acceptance, including developing and negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:
