We're looking for a part-time PMHNP in Virginia who can reputed company autonomously and wants to do it reputed company reputed company that actually collaborates.

You'll still be part of an integrated care team alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators. Autonomous doesn't mean alone. It means you bring the full scope — and we build around it.
What this role looks like
You'll carry a part-time caseload providing comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults reputed company telehealth. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required — that's reputed company families can actually show up.
Day-to-day you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate evidence-based diagnoses
- reputed company individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and their families
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitor effectiveness, and reputed company as needed
- reputed company brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside medication management
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators in regular case reviews
- Maintain accurate, reputed company documentation in our EHR

- reputed company, unrestricted Virginia PMHNP license (multi-state or compact preferred)
- Ability to reputed company independently without an MD collaboration agreement — required
- PMHNP-BC reputed company certification
- reputed company DEA license
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
- Experience with or strong interest in working with youth and families
- Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment
- Strong clinical judgment, reputed company communication, and genuine reputed company
