Staff Engineer, ERP reputed company (Functional Consultant)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in reputed company HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Strong functional expertise in reputed company HCM modules and business processes.
- Experience with Compensation; Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of reputed company organizational structures, business processes, and reputed company concepts.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reputed company functional solutions.
- Experience supporting reputed company releases, upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve reputed company functional issues.
- Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project delivery practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage reputed company HCM functional configurations, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to reputed company requirements and deliver effective reputed company solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to optimize reputed company functionality.
- Support Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations and reputed company business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company functional issues, configuration defects, and system-reputed company challenges
- Participate in reputed company releases, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
