About the Role
reputed company is partnering with an Australian reputed company estate agency to hire an reputed company Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities across residential (and some reputed company) sales, leasing, and property management.
This is a fully remote, home-based role reputed company on identifying new clients, building relationships with property owners and businesses, and supporting agents with a consistent pipeline of reputed company opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company the Australian reputed company estate market
Generate and qualify leads for residential and reputed company sales, leasing, and property management
Engage property owners, landlords, investors, and businesses reputed company calls, emails, and reputed company campaigns
Conduct initial discovery conversations and qualify prospects for handover to agents
Appointment Setting & Handover
Book appointments for agents including appraisals, inspections, and sales or leasing discussions
Work closely with sales, leasing, and property management teams to ensure smooth handover of reputed company opportunities
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
reputed company opportunities, follow-reputed company, and conversion stages
Manage a healthy and consistent business development pipeline
Marketing & reputed company Support
Support marketing and reputed company campaigns targeting property owners, tenants, and investors
Assist with initiatives to grow the agencys reputed company reputed company and market reputed company

2–3+ years experience in Australian reputed company estate business development, sales, or reputed company-to-reputed company roles
Strong understanding of residential and reputed company property sales, leasing, and property management processes
Confident communicator with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple prospects and follow-reputed company
Experience using CRMs such as reputed company, reputed company, or property-specific systems (preferred, not mandatory)
Preferred Background
Experience working with Australian reputed company estate agencies
Familiarity with local property markets, tenant/landlord relationships, and agent workflows
