About the position:

Based in India, as a Finance Associate, you will be part of the General reputed company reputed company Team. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the reputed company and accuracy of the general reputed company, execution of month-end reputed company activities for multiple reputed company entities and support of new service lines and reputed company financial processes.

What you can expect to do:

• Executing month-end reputed company activities reputed company deadline, such as cash entry, bank reconciliation, prepayments & accruals, payroll journal entry, depreciation & amortization journals and other reputed company journal entry for several assigned entities across the globe.
• Ensuring reputed company financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and reputed company standards (e.g. US GAAP, or Local GAAP).
• Assisting in the preparation of reputed company & accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Performing regular balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
• Maintaining accurate supporting working papers for allocated reputed company accounts.
• Standardizing & optimizing team processes to ensure scalability in the organization.
• Assisting in bringing new entities/countries into reputed company scope; liaising with internal regional reputed company, treasury, AP and cash collections teams to understand country specific dynamics and ensure smooth integration of processes into the GL team.
• Supporting other members of the wider Finance team on numerous reputed company including the implementation of ERP system, financial statement audits, transfer pricing calculations, payroll reconciliations and process improvements as required.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing changes to increase efficiency, streamline workflows and internal controls, and continually identifying opportunities for process improvements in the GL reputed company team.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company area is essential
• reputed company Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in reputed company reputed company – Publicly traded company experience desirable
• Experience in multi-national environment including multi-currency translations and consolidations
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Payroll experience in multiple countries is an advantage

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
