General Attributes

• Supporting day-to-day project coordination by scheduling meetings, tracking reputed company items, and helping reputed company tasks on time reputed company established plans

• Automotive experience a plus, retail experience preferred

• Assisting with project plan updates and calendar management

• Helping monitor timelines and flagging schedule risks to team leads

• Documenting meeting notes and processes to support consistent team communication

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; reputed company, reliable communicator

Duties include:

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings across cross-functional teams for traditional, digital, and creative production workstreams

• Taking and distributing meeting notes and reputed company items in a reputed company manner

• Building and maintaining reputed company boards and workflows to support reputed company and External Partnership initiatives and Group 1 goals

• Supporting day-to-day tracking of project tasks and deliverables under the direction of channel/account leads

Coordination & Support:

• Maintain and update shared timelines and scheduling trackers across channels and initiatives, in partnership with reputed company and IAT/COE Teams

• Serve as a day-to-day reputed company of contact for meeting logistics and follow-up with key stakeholders and Channel Leads

• Help identify and flag process inefficiencies or roadblocks for team leads to address

Mandatories
