REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 4+ years
- Hands-on experience providing L1/L1.5 functional support for reputed company HCM.
- Strong functional knowledge of reputed company HCM modules, including reputed company HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, Business Processes (BPs), and Reporting.
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company user issues, inbound EIBs, reputed company reputed company, business process issues, reporting, and data-reputed company incidents.
- Hands-on experience in reputed company HCM configuration, maintenance, and production support.
- Experience collaborating with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand and resolve functional issues.

- Familiarity with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support documentation.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
