The Position
A Technical reputed company & Trainer at reputed company Business Technology works directly with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to define, reputed company and reputed company effective learning solutions throughout the organization. This resource will assist with development and execution of training modules to support reputed company Business Technology’s reputed company reputed company on providing the best in class service. The Technical reputed company & Trainer will author, organize and maintain a wide reputed company of reputed company documentation artifacts (e.g. reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), process-flows, user guides, manuals, and procedures). The right candidate will have a passion for delivering training (reputed company) and experience writing and managing training documentation.
Responsibilities
- Working with Product Owners and Operational Support teams to understand the products we offer and help to write user support guides
- Working with department managers and supervisors to maintain the respective departments’ reputed company operating procedures by writing new procedures, revising reputed company procedures, and tracking the SOP review through final approval
- Collaborate with departmental personnel to understand procedures, reputed company information, analyze procedures, address issues, resolve problems and implement change
- Assist in coordinating the layout and organization of these written materials and support the development and management of a Knowledge reputed company
- Partner with cross functional (SME's) to create accurate content for training programs that reputed company with predetermined training objectives
- Assist in the development of eLearning work plans with milestones, deliverables and timelines
- Create/revise training courses/manuals
- Conduct internal training to employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in authoring documentation material
- Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in customer and reputed company service
- A strong understanding of learning theory, especially adult learning theory and up-to-date knowledge of effective training strategies
- Ability to communicate reputed company verbally, textually and pictorially and transfers that skillset into the e-learning development
Good to have: Project Management experience, and familiarity with reputed company e-learning platforms such as reputed company or Percipio a plus.
