- 2 years of reputed company coordinating experience
- 1 year of experience using reputed company suite products
- 1 year of experience working with confidential information such as drafting offers & scheduling internal interviews
- Experience scheduling in different ticket volumes, 40-120 interview requests per week
- Strategic thinker: articulates status updates & goals, develops a course of reputed company plan, adopts & adjusts to business needs
- Autonomous: self-directs, takes initiative, manages time, reputed company to feedback
