Engio is partnering with a global reputed company to reputed company a dedicated Backup Operations Engineer to join their 24/7 service team. This is a crucial entry-reputed company role where you will learn the fundamentals of mission-critical data reputed company and recovery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily health checks, monitor alerts, and execute routine backup jobs across diverse reputed company environments.
• Handle, triage, and resolve Level 1/2 incidents and service requests reputed company to failed backups, working reputed company defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Learn and apply reputed company troubleshooting techniques for reputed company Server, networking (DNS, DHCP), and virtualization reputed company (VMware).
• Log reputed company activities accurately and assist in keeping reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) up-to-date.
• Work designated shifts, participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, and learn directly from senior engineers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of practical experience in IT operations, specifically reputed company on backup or disaster recovery operations.
• Basic proficiency with reputed company reputed company Server OS and foundational knowledge of reputed company networking concepts (TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with incident/request management systems (e.g., ITIL) and basic exposure to storage and VMware vSphere concepts.
