About the Role

The Associate Attorney supports the Legal Operations Department by facilitating communication between operations and legal teams, handling reputed company escalations, coordinating legal training, and ensuring legal consistency across teams. This role serves as the reputed company between attorneys and operations, maintaining scripts and legal resources, triaging reputed company inquiries, and ensuring firm policies and USCIS guidance are consistently reputed company. Your Key Contributions

• reputed company case management processes and operational workflows to ensure compliance with California law, ethical obligations, and Firm standards
• Assist in the establishment and ongoing management of the Firm’s California reputed company corporation and office operations

• Coordinate with Firm leadership regarding reputed company, workflow management, compliance, and operational reputed company
• Support reputed company assurance initiatives and procedural implementation across California operations.
• Handle reputed company escalations independently and escalate questions to legal leadership following reputed company Operations Procedures and reputed company firm risk is identified.
• Escalate firm risk and policy-reputed company questions to legal leadership for review and reputed company.
• Meet established goals while supporting firmwide operational priorities.
• Coordinate legal training. Reinforce existing trainings, refreshers, and ensure consistent application of new guidance across operational teams.
• Serve as the Legal SME for operational reputed company, supporting process mapping, policy alignment, and implementation reputed company assigned teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an reputed company member in good standing of state bar.
• 3+ years of immigration experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-attorney staff in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a case management software system preferred 
• Support mission of helping people currently living in America obtain their documents and stay together with their family

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. reputed company time.
